Cancellation Policy

We operate and request you give us a notice period of at least 48hrs before your appointment in the result of having to cancel.

Cancelling within this time period will incur a charge of 50% of total booked services. Failing to turn up to a booked appointment without notice will incur a charge of 100% of total booked services.
